CDRsocial

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 9 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CDR General Services (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use CDRsocial at https://cdrgc.com (the “Service”). CDRsocial is a private social-media management platform. Access is by invitation only; there is no public registration.

1. Who we are

The Service lets invited teams plan, approve, schedule, and publish content to connected social accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and Threads) and review performance for those accounts.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

3. How we use information

We use information to:

We do not sell personal information.

4. Social platforms and other processors

Publishing and insights require us to send content and tokens to the social networks you connect. Those platforms process the data under their own policies. Depending on which networks you use, this may include Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google (YouTube), TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest.

We also use hosting, email, and similar infrastructure providers solely to run the Service. Media files that a network must download in order to publish may be served from a short-lived signed URL so that the network’s servers can retrieve them.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar storage for sign-in, security, language, and appearance. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Retention

We keep account and workspace data for as long as the workspace is active and as needed to provide the Service. Social-network tokens are kept until you disconnect the account or they expire. You may ask us to delete a workspace or an account; some records may be retained where we must do so for security, dispute, or legal reasons.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a hosted application, including encrypted transport, hashed passwords, and encrypted storage of social-network secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You can update profile details in the Service, disconnect a social account, or leave a workspace according to the permissions of your role. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise those rights, contact us using the details below.

9. International transfers

The Service may be hosted and accessed from more than one country. Social networks you connect may also process data outside your country. Where we transfer personal information, we do so in order to provide the Service you requested.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
